As an out Black Lesbian, raised in Queens, New York by immigrant parents, I provide therapy where cultural consideration is the basis of starting the healing process.

From learning about family & social patterns to internalized racism, homophobia, transphobia or any type of internalized oppression, we begin to change self-destructive scripts to understanding and honoring what you had to do to survive.
